SUMMER INFORMATION:Sunset Hill House is home to New Hampshire’s longest operating 9-hole golf course. Guests can also wander miles of trails in search of moose and deer, or float in the heated mountainside pool. The dining room serves “New Hampshire’s Very Best Spectacular Meal” according to New Hampshire Magazine. After dinner, guests can relax in front of the fireplace, in the jacuzzi for two, or fall asleep in their air-conditioned room. In the morning, there is a full breakfast with homemade pastries. Yankee Magazine recently named the Inn an “Editor’s Choice”. WINTER INFORMATION:Direct views of five mountain ranges surround guests at Sunset Hill Nordic Center. Or drop in to the wood line to find the moose, turkeys, and deer that inhabit the 65-acre conservation land. Follow historic trails to the Franconia Iron Mines, then sip a hot cocoa in front of one of the Inn’s fireplaces.
